Bronze Roots
BRONZE ROOTS are the 3rd phase of the EARTH BRONZE trilogy. FOREST FLOOR bronzes show the beauty of the Earth’s surface. Then came TERMITE HILLS, highlighting the power of insect architecture. Last in the trilogy is BRONZE ROOTS, which focuses on unseen power. Bronzed root systems from fallen trees reveal hidden mysteries of the underground ecologies—an existential repositioning of the viewer.
Leading up to the EARTH BRONZES is BONEWALL, a series of buffalo bones cast into bronze as a memorial to the majestic animals.
