Shanghai: “Everything Grows”
Steve Tobin’s six-month exhibition in Shanghai titled “Everything Grows” presents a retrospective of Tobin’s movement from glass to ceramics to bronze to steel and painting and calligraphy. All of the works are distilled from the years that Tobin has lived and worked in Asia. As a kind of bridge from traditional cultural values, philosophies, and processes with modern and contemporary art language and aesthetics.
